'will it even have aircon?' Oh for heavens sake..........it was a fully operational office building back in 2007, not remotely too warm for the many visitors or the staff who worked there. It was fairly spacious and airy- now it will have great views too.No doubt there are licences to be applied for regarding food and drink and IRM or who ever is funding the rebuild/relocation maybe hasn't gone ahead with that process but I'm sure someone will.
The photo's seem to show a fairly large area at the front that could be going to be a terrace, it had an upper balcony area originally so I'm sure down the line there will be more than a few vending machines. But, I believe the golf shop will move over there, you'll pay your fees and hire your buggies there and I'm hoping you can get a wash. Fully expect to be able to get a coffee or a beer in the fullness of time-meanwhile whats wrong with freshening up and driving over to the Clover?
Why on earth would you want to move the Condado Club- that's the cafe bar that was originally meant to be at the sports zone- leaving that vacant would just recreate the derelict building situiation we had before. Its a successful going concern- no way would they want to move it.
I'm presuming all those people who are so negative about the Club house project won't bother using it just like all the people that critise Camposol and claim to avoid it (but bought most of their DIY stuff at Brico and shop in the supermarket and buy takeaways from the chippy or Indian restaurant)
Complaints wise the only people I have time for are owners of penthouses whose views have been affected- but the whole of the Jardines could be in that position if anyone ever decideds to build around the edge of the golf course. There should have been penthouses there not golf views- nowt anyone can do about these things.
