Cost of transferring money to an account in the same branch

I have heard Arinal 2000 are involved with the Marbella town hall scandal, all builders were removed from site. part of the golf course is already in progress, does anyone know who will now be maintaining the course. Also when we were out in November we noticed the lakes on phase 4 are now at the bottom of the course instead of in the middle, opposite blocks 4, 5, 10 and 11. we bought there as we were over looking them. Is there anyone else like ourselves who are seeking answers. I know 30 people have been arrested including  Arinals Rafael Gomez Sanchez. I am worried now that while this investigation proceeds whats going to happen at Arinal 2000. Please if anyone knows more or has i nformation, would you kindly let me know. Just had report from family out there, that the banks have now taken over, and our lawyer informed them it is all going ahead, they have been up to Arenal and even the signs and boards have the bank name added along side Arinal 2000.

 According to one of the Spanish papers a company called Gerens has been appointed by Caja Sur, the bank that have taken over from Arenal 2000, to project manage the completion of Arenal Golf. Their website is http://www.gerens.com/uk. They are a large constuction company based in Madrid and have completed many similar developments across Spain.

Caja sur bank now own 70% of the development as they now own 70% of the shares the new name name is arenal sur 21, because they are now in control they have paid off all the arenal 2000 builders on the 27th of feb. They will bring there own builders who will finish off the development, I understand the new builders are due on site at the beeing of April.
