EXTRAORDINAY GENARL MEETING 23 RD JUNE 12

Following instructions of the President of the Community, and in compliance with the Law on the
Horizontal Property, Law 8/99, article 16th, I hereby convene you in your capacity of owner to the Extraordinary
General Meeting, to be held on 23rd June 2012 at 09:30 a.m. in first call. In case the quorum is not obtained at
first call, the meeting shall be held at 10:00 a.m. at second call, at GOLF CLUB DUQUESA, MANILVA,
MALAGA in order to debate and make the appropriate decisions regarding the following:
AGENDA
01 Painting of the urbanization. Actions to be taken.
02 Construction defects. Agreements. Actions to be taken.
03 Association of the internal rules of the community. Actions to be taken.
04 Sending of correspondence of the matters relating the community. Actions
to be taken.
05 Any Other Business

I HAVE DISCOVERED IT ON AEA INTERNET PAGE TODAY.

ITEMS ARE VERY INERESTING LIKE PAINTING.

 So what is the notice required for an EGM????  This is less than two weeks  - and not formal notice, as I haven't received anything and posting it on AEA's website is not sufficient.  Thank you, luis dv, for letting us know, but I'd like to know where my notice is from AEA?  I do usually receive emails from them, but have received nothing recently.

We have recieved our copy of the EGM notice in the post this morning...
I note the date of 23rd June - too short notice for anyone to attend who lives in the UK and also the day of 'Noche de San Juan', which is a big celebration for the Spanish.

Deliberate to ensure as few people as possible attend..?  Certainly makes you wonder!!

Is anyone going to be in Spain and able to accept my proxy. Please pm me if you can.
