Anyone knows about a Real Estate Portal to buy a House in Costa Calida, Spain?

I've just watched the same programme. my concerns now are 1) we used parador properties 2) we've brought off plan and 3) we've used their recommended solicitor, Danil Services. that's two of the things the programme recommended against ! !

Now I'm thinking - have we done the right thing !!

Anyone else have any views so I can sleep well tonight ??

i have to ask --what happened at Sucina ?

we are about to put our house on the Uk market - Spain will be our new home - we are going to be giving up alot - I'm begining to get that wobbly feeling again.

nothing happened it was just a joke we looked at buying there but it seemed to far out .

stop worrying everything is cool we are going to sell our house in uk too your not alone.

Oh my god, why did it say dont buy through parador, off plan or use their reccommended solicitor?. I missed the programme, i was on holiday in the land of nod!! Why are you guys worrying what did it say?

No don't panic. It didn't single out Parador especially - it was just overall advice.  the programme did feature a couple who had brought of plan via Parador, but the development was not finished off for a couple of years because a road was either being built or was to be made wider. neither would happen at san cayetano I'm sure.

We are using Danil services - recommended by parador - we heard alot from them prior to us handing over the deposit- but nothing since. Not that i expected to as nothing will happen until nearer the completion. And anyway we find out so much more from EOS !!

It didn't keep me awake anyway! - well back to work - enough dreaming of warmer places.
