Your Choice Of Area Very Important!

Good morning

I'm looking to set-up a bit of a mortgage for our apartment and live in Scotland.  Would anyone have contact details of a good mortgage broker they have used and could recommend.

Hi sandra

I saw you had no replies so i thought I would offer the little info that i have on this. We are looking to use the local San Cayetano bank Caja Murcia. My husband opened an account in there and the manager was very keen for us to ring them directly to get a quote on our mortgage. As the bank is just over the road from our site it would be nice if it worked out. However I cannot say if they are any good because we are not quite at that stage of accepting any mortgage offer yet.  Jaime got the impression that the manager liked the idea of local business, he obviously knows the San Cayetano site very well and from our point of view we like to do business face to face rather than over the phone. If you do want the phone number of this local bank then email me privately. All i can say is my husband said they seemed very friendly and genuine and were very helpful whilst he was in there. We will certainately be giving them a chance to gve us a quote.

Hi Sandra you may have found someone by now. If not we have spoken to this lady and she was very good. She is an independent mortgage broker.
