Me and my family will soon move into an apartment in block 18.
In my country, Sweden, it is very common to communicate via Facebook between neighbors in the building societies. Strange perhaps, when you live there all the time, but it works very well.
I have therefore taken the opportunity to open a Facebook group called Duquesa Village.
