HELP TUNNING TV INTO DIGI BOX

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to tune the TV digi box, I received all channels okay last year and not used since.  I understand there was some changes about 6 months ago and the box/TV needs re tunning again.  I contacted the community office this morning and they said no one had reported any faults/problems so I guess just me.

 H i Mac no its not just same thing happened to my box if it is a Polaris box not 100% sure but if you hold in the button on the right it should autumatically tune its self hope this helps

 If it's a WISI box then default PIN Code is 0000, you simply need to go through the menu button and re-tune automatically, i did it last week.
