final hearing

hi i bought at acc in 08,i was in formed by my solicter fuster associate that the build had stopped,& jose will fight my case i invested 120.000 euros in total plus 4.000 deposit on both propertys.

i have been to court 3/4 times & the court judgement keeps turning my case down i have only paid 800 euros to fuster so far,now jose says it will be over in a few months now as this is normal & finally the bank will give in he has won 3 cases like mine.

i did have bank guarantees & its been to the higher court of murcia now & this is as far as we go. fuster have said,so i am just hoping & praying i will get my money back soon.

i now live in north cyprus & thankgod not spain...

this has been a nightmare

we also won our case, the judge gave us an embargo on a huma propery in mcc, that was TWO years ago, davies co, our lawers said it takes time for the property to be valued and the court to rule that it is put up for auction,  but TWO years and still nothing.

the courts are on the side of the spanish, the lawers get paid eitherway so keep our hopes up and HUMA have had years and years to hide our money off shore and spend it !!...........all very sad, but true..............jack

 Hi Everyone, We bought in 2005 at ACC and it has been a nightmare that we have had to accept losing 20k, however the spanish have lost big time from our expected custom from that date on. We will never return to Spain and that is a fact considering we did love the country from our earlier visits.
