Silly Season on Condado?

 Have to comment on two incidents, Sunday driving from Jardin 13 towards Al Kasar I overtook an erraticly driven VW Polo on Spanish plates, glancing at the driver as I passed he had his 7? year old son sat on his lap steering the vehicle. ,Monday as I approached the island at Al Kasar once again from Jardin 13 direction some clown in a grey Renault drove the wrong way round the island giving me a friendly wave as he passed me. Que?

 You obviously didnt realise the most dangerous place on the spanish roads are the roundabouts

1) the police await you with huge fines 

2) the spanish havent got a clue how to drive round a roundabout

3) the beautiful ornage sellers arent really selling oranges!
