Urbaser

We had our water meter installed when we purchased our property in April
I have just had my bank statement and they charged in excess of 200€ is this normal?
Where do the bills go from Urbaser should they be here on condado or at our home address in the uk?
Can we register to receive our bills online?

This bill will probably be for the installation of your meter. I can't remember the exact amount but it was a fairly heavy fee. Since then bills are very reasonable. We use our place approx 15 weeks in the year and our most expensive quarterly bill for 2 of us has been about 35 euros.

The paperwork will likely be sitting in your post box in CDA but you can register to get these online at the office in Alhama next time you are here.

We paid 199.94euro for installation 18 months ago. There is also a quarterly standing charge of 17.42euro(including IVA tax) which could have taken your bill over 200. We sent e-mail (in english) to Alfonso at Urbaser (agarridom@urbaser.com) asking for bills to be sent by e-mail.

Thanks for the info I sent an email in English and within minutes I received an email back with the bills attached and confirmation that all future bills will be emailed to me what a great service
