Hi all, on Thursday the 9th of August we were almost packed and ready to leave for England, when there was a knock at the door by what appeared to be a man from security we think, he was wearing a yellow vest over his clothes. We had a pigeon Spanish/English conversation, he asked if we had any dogs or cats or any other mascotas to which we replied no, when we asked why we think he was saying that they were no longer allowed on the resort.
Has anyone else had this visit or throw any light on the subject as we're a bit baffled.
