thank you smivs I am glad of the support it seems like practically everyone is against us but they wont be when they get the full story when phil gets back off holiday and I arrive in resort just after!

I am a legal licenced Taxi under the town of Alhama and I fought hard to get it. What links do I have to ML apart from being an owner and a VP on my garden I read all the gaff on the Presidents blog I have been here from the beginning and attended many initial meetings. If a team of people are not doing the job they should do or do not meet expectations the they are not being Managed properly.We need a Manager who understand how to manage. Speaking the language is a good start, experience of how things work here is another. Why do I have to be against someone just because I believe someone is not right for the job. If Phil was in charge of upgrading the computer system then I would not be qualified to say anything . I have years of experience managaging teams of people and when I see staff feeling as bad as this I first ask how are they being managed.  

Stop trying to bully and threaten me and my businesss because I have adifferent opinion.  Last resort of a bully . Be a man and say who you are when you make personal comments. I have said my piece and no longer want to play your games so I 'm taking my ball in .

David, seriously, you have absolutely no need to defend yourself and your integrity against trolls who insult you for simply having a different opinion. Trust me, you're not the one coming out looking the worse in this little discussion. :)

The best way to deal with internet trolls and keyboard warriors is to laugh at or ignore them. :)
