I've been having regular 1-2-1 fitness training sessions with Ian at CDA Fitness. I can honestly say that the exercises which Ian developed specifically for me have helped improve my golf game and help me lower my handicap. (It's taken a little while!).
Accuracy and distance have both improved, plus I generally have a better level of fitness and feel all the better for it. Also, pleased to say I have remained injury free, which was one of my goals, so I can keep on playing.
It's important to use someone who is fully trained so they can show you exactly how to do the exercises correctly so as to avoid any strains etc. Ian is professional, fully trained, and a great motivator.
