Buying on Condado

Hello

It is the first time I have posted on here, I am gong to view a 3 bed on the resort this weekend. This is one of the Cam bank ones which are discounted

My agent is Blue Med but I don't have a solicitor lined up can anyone recommend a good one?

Also, for any one else who has bought with a mortgage did you meet the bank face during the course of buying. One final question should any reservation fee be paid directly to the bank or can this be paid through the agent.

 Hi, we can recommend the lawyers from CIE Solicitors, they are based at the Mileniun office at the resort in the Al Kasar comercial centre. Dont pay any money to the agent as this has to be transferred directly to the bank once you have received your purchase contract, no money down for the offer!  Hi, that's a difficult one, we see still nearly all of them as available but once we put the offer on the platform we get the info back that our offer is now in 2nd or 3rd position, it's still worth a try as some of them will fall through..., regards, Rupert-Quality Homes Costa Calida at Al Kasar
