Bull ML Emails

I have emailed ML regarding the AGM and they replied immediately to say they will be notified in the 'coming days' of the AGM and of the agenda and that they will then send out the proxy and voting form.

I just emailed them on  incidenciascondado@mileniun-levante.es  and they replied quickly- they haven't always replied quickly but they did this time. As I said in my previous post they replied that they'd be sending out information and proxy documents soon.

That is what people want to do but are prevented from doing so by underhand tactics and secret meetings!!

The so called " Nonsense of the Summer and change of Presidents" as you put it was only part of what has been happening.

ML are feeding  BS and some people who own on the resort are eating this and continuing to grow in the dark like the proverbial mushroom. When you finally surface you wont like what you find, it will make the football pitches look like utopia!!

You can forget ML or the resort painting your apartment in the next 100yrs and forget an increase in the fees because it WILL NOT happen!

The thriving Al Kasar is nothing to do with ML its to do with the brave souls who ploughed THEIR cash into THEIR business ventures and work hard to keep them profitable, I know ML have attempted to slow/stop activities of some of the outlets you mention but have been proven wrong..

Nothing personal JEB but its folk like yourself who sit on the fence and do nothing but accept what you are told that will be the ruination of the resort in time to come!!

I know of people who are waiting for information from ML with a view to getting out of the grandstand but are being shoved back onto the terraces by the brick walls and fencing that is being erected to keep them at arms length.

We, the OWNERS should be the referee of this match/resort not ML, we at the present time as owners cantt even get on the effin pitch never mind in the clubhouse after the game for a drink!!

I dont think everyone is sitting on the fence I think its very hard to find out information. If you have a garden president who isn't passing anything on, no-one to ask about the mechanics of managing a resort and a company like ML who are not very forthcoming ( the regular emails have their use but are all smoke and mirrors)

I dont actually know what we owners can do- we dont live on the resort and so aren't partie to the real knowledge residents have of issues and problems. Many people will only see what is before their faces, and who can fault them on that because at the moment its all looking much improved (tho' not all as a result of MLs actions)

Where do we go from here- I have also emailed Ml and been told the proxy doct will be emailed soon? But even if I could attend the AGM will it be worthwhile or are we, the owners, outplayed and outnumbered?

I have contacted the garden president of Naranjos 2 on several occasions and all I get back is a garbled e mail,, when I contact ML they come back to me within a week at the latest.

There are the usual culprits here on EOS that stir things up with their views and comments yet without providing actual facts.

If you or the N2 President can provide me with hard evidence I will take note and act accordingly.

One things for sure swearing whether the swearing is abbreviated is still unacceptable on an open forum .

Nice to see they've bandaged the cracks in La Isla.

Have ML sent you a proxy form Giles to vote for the Naranjos president of your choice??

The FACT is that ML had a written warning that has been published on here and was signed by all level 2 Presidents regarding their behaviour!! Does that not ring any alarm bells in your head??

The warning was given after a number of incidents where ML failed to work in the best interests of the community.   Seems that the people that wrote it ( the Spanish presidents ) have now forgotten.

So Robbo, how do you think that's going to happen?  There are so many posters here who reckon that by posting a vague comment about 'doing what's required', then things will just happen. 

Taffswell, we know whats required but being allowed past the ML machine is another issue!

This is not a level playing field at present!!!

its just another ploy to make things difficult for people to vote!!  lets hope people get passed all the obstacles and vote

I think, hopefully, that some original doubters on the forum have finally awoken and can now smell the burning bacon!!
