The date of Rafael Aguilera's trial for fraud has been released!

It has been a "bad" few days for Aguilera and his various crooked ventures; first the Court in Mula announce that they want to have the fraud (Estafa) case for Trampolin Hills heard in Madrid as it is that serious and now ... finally after 5 years ... the Court have given the date of 22nd February as the date for his PERSONAL Fraud case with myself for the "double sale" (an ABSOLUTE offence in almost any country) of my Villa at Trampolin Solera! Clearly along with Antonio Martinez every single action of this man's commercial life was based upon corruption and fraud!

To Aguilera I simply say enjoy your last Christmas of freedom since by the time you are released for this fraud the next case will be following quickly behind!

Has there been any delay in Rafael's trial date? I've been searching the usual Spanish news sources but can't find any reference.

We were in Spain recently and were fairly sure that we saw him driving around El Trampolin, so it looks like he's still free for the moment.

BTW - are you aware that the local council is changing the name of El Trampolin to Lo Santiago Hills? They's also removing any trace of Rafael and Antonio by renaming all streets even vaguely associated with them or their kin!

The trial DID take placeon 22nd February as planned and as I understand it he did admit to the offence but tried to blame everyone else so poor old Mey, Maria and Pilar were called in as witness' along with his new "partener" ... Andrew Wild! Apparently in Spain "justice" (if that is what you call it) is somewhat long and drawn out so we still await the Judge's ruling. That said quite how difficult the decision can be I cannot conceive! I paid for the property ... he then mortgaged it to SCAM Bank and then sold it to Mr & Mrs Philips ... it cannot be that difficult to work out that it is fraud but then THIS IS SPAIN!

All of that was 8 weeks ago and I had elected to say nothing until the Court announced its decision. It doesn't surprise me that the council are changing the name of the place or the street names ... after all who wants to live in a street named after two thieves! Ironically I understand that they propose to change the name of HIS street into one called "Street of the Cars" ... ironic when you consider that their business started by stealing vehicles in Germany and then "ringing" them in Spain storing some of them in Garages on the development designed to look like villas! Bet he does not know that the Tax Authorities and the Police in Germany have been in contact with me about this!

As for what he is doing now I am advised that he is working as some sort of "go-between" working acting for cllient and charging between 700€ and 3000€ a time with another local equally corrupt developer.

The bottom line is that the man is a thief ... always was and always will be. It may take some time but justice will prevail EVENTUALLY!
