thinking of buying on Condado de Alhama

I am thinking of buying a 2 or 3 bed apartment on Condado de Alhama for personal and family use. is it a nice resort, how far is the beach, are a lot of the apartments now sold. are the restuarants on site good value and nice

It is a very nice quiet resort. More & more people are buying now although it is still quiet. We only bought tail end of 2012 but apparently it is mobbed in July/August. Beach (sandy) is 20 minute drive away. Have only eaten in Clover bar & Condado club but very nice & good value. Hope this helps?

many thanks for your quick response! are there plenty of pools how far is the nearest town, is there any bars restuarants in walking distance off the complex

Tracy, go for it you won't regret it. The nearest town which is Alhama and is very nice, proper Spanish town is 10 mins in a car. The beaches locally are fantastic. Bars and restaurants within walking distance off resort- no. That is not an issue because the range and quality of bars and eateries on site now is as good as you need.

If you want to get off site, the port area of Mazzaron is wonderful with many bars and quality restaurants available but you need either a car or dringmans taxi service which is available from CDA at good rates.

faulky has answered most of it. There are about 20 community pools on site, take your pick. Nearly all of the gardins (Jardins) have their own pool. Which Jardin are you thinking of buying on?

 I am dealing with Kevin from Blue Med, I am not sure which Jardin the apartment is in.

I have decided to go for it, they sound so nice and the complex seems as if it has a lot going on but still very peaceful and not full of noisy drunken Brits!!!

Do you get a parking space if you decide to buy a car?
