This irresponsible and lazy practise can not be tolerated think if I spotted the the offending dogs with there owner would scoop up THERE S*** follow them back to there property and let the S*** hit the fan as the saying goes. Dogs are part of the familiy and shoud be and are allowed on the resort but this spoiles it for all the responsible dog owners
