Golf Society at TDLT?

Could anyone tell me if these is a golf society at TDLT. I'll be bringing 2 spare sets of clubs over in August and leaving them in Spain to use when I'm over or for friends. Is there any arrangement for residents golf at the resort?

Hi,

The subject of forming  a golf society on Terrazas has been mentioned by Resortalia, they were asking residents some time back who would be interested in this & how often would people play each time they stayed on Terrazas. It would take someone to organize the competitions & have a volume of people at a time & day so the course could be reserved for this competition. In time this might be possible if more people stay for a longer period of time on the complex

They have formed a golf society on Hacienda Riquelme. 

We have also played in a competition on La Torre called a roll up which they used to play once a month. Each month it would be arranged  to play on either La Torre, El Valle or Riquelme, you would go out as a 4 ball & be put together with people of a similar handicap. The presentation would be held at the clubhouse after everyone had come in, vouchers of money where given out for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd. the amount was enough to use for a game of golf.  

You will get residence rates when you play any of the 6 courses plus your friends who stay at your apartment. When you go to book your golf just give your name & apartment number,  you will then be registered into there computer for future games.

I would certainly support a golf society for TDLT.  We come out three or four times a year for two or three weeks at a time.  If there are insufficant  residents out at the same time it might be possible to at least draw up a list of regular visitors who are golfers so that people can join up for a round.  We have already managed to do that a couple of times on previous visits so it shouldn't be too difficult!

will probably get over 4-5 times per yeat and would be happy to join any society. I'm an ageing 5 handicap :-) and can leave the Mrs sunbathing

 We are going to be at TDLT over Easter (29 March until 12 April) so if anyone else is out at the same time and (1) wants to meet up to discuss the possibility of setting up a society or (2) fix up to play a round or two then let me know.

 We are at our apartment from 31st. March to 9th. April, perhaps we can arrange a 4 ball with my friend from La Torre who plays off 6 alas I played off 6 for over 20 years but age has taken its toll and I'm now off 12.
