 It was published in the AGM minites following agreement at the AGM that A2Z will provide TV & Internet to ALL apartments for 8€ per apartment per month, we were already paying 5€ for the TV maintenance, so 3€ for internet per month.

In answer to del007 the TV and Internet is in your apartment all you need is the TV decoder and a Modem and router and you have all the services you can even get a phone line but that will cost extra per month.

So we have all the facilities plumbed in so to speak, all that is required is the appliances to operate the system.  This is all covered in our current CC.  Have I got it right?

IVA increased 3% in September 2012, from that date on the community paid the increase on all services .

At the agm ml presented a budget that included the IVA increase but only the 5euros for Internet/tv not the 8euroa that the full service coats.

In march Ml announced that due to savings on other contracts we could all have Internet at no extra cost and the fees were covered by the savings.

In April they then stated that due to the iVA increase community fees would have to go up 3%. ( dispute that fact it increase six month before and was already in the proposed budget )

So, if the 3% wasn't really due to the iVA increase then what was it for?

it was no doubt for their comms bill. Did you see it on the last figures? 80 odd K.... I did start a post about thye figures but no-one replied as I was trying to find out how long the figures related too?
