WRISTBANDS

Hi

I have family going out to our apartment next week, and they will need to collect the wristbands. We have written a letter of authorization and given them copies of our passports, along with a copy of the email from Resortilia. Has anyone else had to do this? Were there any problems getting the wristbands at security when its not the actual owners picking them up?

our friends are just back we gave them a letter of authorisaton and also our NIE numbers they didnt have any hassle at security

It all seems very straight forward providing you are up to date with your community fees, just remember to leave the wristbands in the apartment as they wont be re issued.
