November 7th EGM

Does anybody know what the above meeting is for ?  It would bw nice to have a little more notice !!

I agree, its useful to know the reason before deciding if to fly out just for the meeting. 

What's more we need to understanding the motion and argument so  that we can arrange our proxy votes.

I will drop the President a note with the question.

Update- not reply (may have changed email address).  So have mailed the administrator.

Not surprisingly its about debtors !

This is a big issue as many owners have little or negative equity in the properties in Spain.  I hope the general economic turn around helps.  But sooner or later I fear that solvent owners will need to cough up a double fee one year soon.

Is there anyone attending who has concerns that we are too slow to collect debtors and that we need to do more?  Please let me know if you want my proxy vote.
