Does block 267 have a president yet?

If so has anyone got there email address as I'd like to speak to them, I don't want this block to have the same problems as we have had in 275 some of which are dangerous.

We have a president her name is Jill she lives in 2670a I will look for her email, sorry to hear of your problems but at the minute we are having major problems of our own,mainly water leaks and black mouldy walls,showers not connected,toilets not connected. Nightmare. What problem are you having, :(

Steward25@casema.ni. Is Jill's email she lives in the Netherlands so that's maybe why it's a funny email.

 

Exactly the same problems as you some apartment's are seriously damaged but the latest is 400volts coming through the earth on all the sockets, which mixed with water obviously isn't a good combination, it should be 0.

Oh dear that dosnt sound good at all,,I have messaged Jill on face book to let her know you are wanting to speak with her and also told her to look on here,I know she is in the uk at the minute but I think she goes home today. It really is very disappointing,I myself finished my apartment and when the key holder Carol went in to check I had black mould on one wall I now have a big hole cut into the wall with no idea where it's coming from, they think it's coming from under the floor( we are on the ground) Jill herself has had a major flood, the people above didn't have their shower connected and all the water was heading below into Jill's when Jill's daughter arrived last week everything soaked . Carol our key holder has been great as have resortalia but very very slow,I dread to think what I'm going back to , also several others affected in different ways . Have you been affected at all your self?

That's why I wanted to contact your block president, it seems your having the same issues as us so I think it's a good idea to get the electrics checked out in 267 as well.
It was carol who notified me about the problems your block was having, they have been extremely helpful with this, it's good to know Carol and Roy are there when I'm back in the UK.
Sorry to hear about your water damage it's exactly the same problems in 275, pipes not connected or poorly fitted, I checked mine before I moved in and the bathroom and kitchen sink waste weren't fitted correctly so I caught it early enough, problem is I don't think the  apartment above me has ever been occupied so who know what will happen when they move in a use the shower ect
