That's exactly what I intend to do , look for myself I can't understand why some people have bad mouth anything or anybody's business these guys are probably trying there hardest to make sure the the people who are actually staying in the complex are made to feel welcome, around 70% of the comments on here are from people who probably have never bought there, stay off the internet stay out of business if it doesn't concern you and do something more productive with your life's.
i will be viewing property this year and hope that my purchase will be at UGR then I can 🖕🏻to all you trolls.
good luck to all who have been positive on this blog I wish you all many more happy years in your home from home .

You could try Andy and Catherine at the Golf Property Store too. Many of us who purchased on UGR have used them - mainly for the bank repossessions, but we used them to purchase our resale apartment.
Good luck with your search Linford69.

Some good advice and information coming through now, that’s great for the original poster.
Who said All I will say is don't listen to hearsay from anybody. And not just for UGR, go pay a visit and make your own mind up.
Thats exactly the point I was making from the start! Happy hunting.

Hi I am now in a position to buy [ at the right price ] a 2 bed 2 bath apartment here, possibly a penthouse if you know of anyone selling one get them to contact me direct or advise me of any agents with property. [ it seems odd that I have messaged 3 agencies with properties for sale who have not replied back....]
Read lots of threads about the pro's and cons etc but I am still a bit vague about certain issues. What exactly are the ongoing costs especially the community fees, are there any communal BBQ facilities? Are the pools ALWAYS useable [ weather permitting ] If I get a penthouse are there rules about what structures are allowed onto the roof area?? ie storage. Are there communal sky dishes wired to the apartments. Are there 'internally unfinished' aparts for sale? Are there any break ins?? Cheers dave

The building with subsidence is still standing at the moment.
When people refer to the build quality - clearly they aren’t talking about the building that was affected by subsidence.
Good luck with getting your money back. It’s awful how so many people were left high and dry by developers in Spain,

Heather, its not just one building that has problems, its four, and also a collapsed swimming pool, the building next to m22 block 4 has to be under pinned, but this cannot be done before m22 block 4 is demolished

Stokey, I'm sorry about your issues and fully understand why you would be angry.
However, the block you mention with the subsidence is just one small part of a very big complex. And in general, the build quality is very good.

No problems Stokey, I will be there in the middle of April.
The reality is everybody who bought off plan 10-12 years has suffered badly. My apartment cost me over 200,000 euros but it's probably worth 50,000 tops now, if that, so I can emphasise with your pain.
And good luck to all those people who are buying them now for a pittance. At least somebody gains.
