New owner queries

Hi everyone

Now that we are owners and indeed are paying our community fees it has sprung to mind that we are still clueless on some things. I am hoping you can help us.

Do we get something as owners that gets us through the security barrier, as we will be using different hire cars each stay?

How do we get a key for our post box?

Is there any hope of A2Z answering an e-mail or will we have to go in to see them when we are over?

All clues and answers are warmly welcomed

Security barrier - just show them ID each time and tell them how long you're staying. Post box - for us, we had to go to Resortalia in Hacienda Riquelme - may be different for you as yours isn't bank repo, I don't think.

A2Z have always responded promptly to my emails, and were on time with delivery etc. Might be worth giving them another prod.

Once you own a car over there you register it with security and the cameras read the number plate and the barriers automatically open, no point if going through this for a hire car so you will have to be checked everytime you enter.

The post box key could be at the main security gate, take ID to collect it or resotalia may have it, email them.

As above A2Z are usually good with communication
, you could try phoning them instead of emailing.

Thanks everyone for your helpful response - think we will try phoning A2Z as we have an 11 yr old for whom TV and wifi is as important as food and water!!!!!

Resortalia did not mention having the post key but i will contact them to check :-)

At least if we don't have wifi when we come over at the end of the month we have an excuse to go to Coppellas ;-)

I got my postbox key from security, just had to show I'd and proof of ownership from memory ( a doc with my name and address)
