If you are looking for a unit on wheels then you can purchase these at either Eroski or Carrefour. Im not 100% sure but i think they are about 200 Euros and about the size of a set of 3 drawer bed size cabinets. Strange description but could not think of anything else.

we got a 2kw wall heater in carrefour for 25 euro.putting them on wall in beds. they look similar to ac indoor unit.they are remote controlled and blow cool air as well.will require a bit of wiring to extend flex to socket but this can be done easily and neatly.
