However, it doesn't state that we will get our fees back if we win.....and it is 99.9 % that we will win. So just to reming everyone that fees will be paid back to us if we win the case. How many people / members of this forum want to go leagl? We need an idea on number and then we are going to press ahead with it. The fact that La Recoletta has fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms helps our case alot.
