August shut down !

We have won our case in May bank appealed just before 20 days was up. Our solicitor has ordered that the bank pay our money back while the appeal is decided ! But now we have to wait longer while the courts have their summer break !! So frustrating ! 

Do you know on what grounds the bank appealed?  We've just won our case and are waiting for the 20 day period to end. The verdict seemed so damming that there didn't seem any way that they could possibly appeal it or any point, other than to drag it out further.

we were the same we were confident that the bnk would not appeal ! But they did ! Not sure what grounds. Speak to solicitors on Wednesday for an update ! Which court were you in ? Did you go to Spain ? 

I just don't know what they think they're playing at :-(  We were in Orihuela, court 1 and yes we did attend. Judge looked incredibly bored for the whole hearing!

we won  our case against bank in May.

the bank appealed in June. 

the court have ordered the bank to pay back the funds (including interest ) within 20 working days from today whilst the appeal is heard !!  

Well done to all concerned :-) 

when we got paid out a while back we only got 80%

our lawyer kept the rest until the Supreme Court judgment

decided if we got interest and or legal fees
