We have been having trouble recently with our advertisement on www.holidaylettings.co.uk as have other advertisers from Roda Golf. It went off-line for a while and then appeared as being in a total different region of Spain. They weren't very helpful when contacted. It has now appeared back on line but when my husband did a random search for "Murcia" all the other golf resorts in the area ie La Torre, Hacienda, Condado, Elle Valle etc all appeared but not Roda Golf. Nor did Los Alcazares. He phoned them, eventually got through and was very polite but was told that this wasn't the category it should appear in but should be in the Costa Calida. We are not sure that that many people have heard of the Costa Calida or Roda Golf unless they have already been there, and we think it should appear with the other golf resorts. They then put the phone down on him.
They used to be a good company to deal with but I have now looked on Trip Advisor and find that many customers are not happy with their service.http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews186362.html
I suggest that if you advertise with them you check your property can be found easily.
