That's it!

Just received the latest update, they now gone into liquidation. This is what I thought would happen. Good luck to those going through the courts. I hope at least some people can get something out of this long drawn out mess.

It says on the SARC letters that the mayor has some bank guarantees?  How is that possible?  Sounds like a stitch up from here?

They say he has some document that would release some money that could have paid us 10%  but for some reason is refusing. They are now starting legal action against him and town hall but have run out of time to pay us. I don't know what to believe.

Only my opinion, you have to hand it to them, but it's just another spin tactic from Herrada Del Tollo putting the blame onto others and denying their responsibilities. Like it's gone on past few years, the alleged Shepard disputing the land, then the water supply issues.etc,etc. All a load of B******s. Time has finally been called pity it's taken such a long time. I hope they all rot in hell.
