P11

Hi All.

I have recently bought an apartment in block 33 on phase 1, which I think is P11 and I'm trying to find out about the community, what they are responsible for, contact details etc.

Any help would be appreciated

I do hope your lawyer has done due diligence and checked on any debt attached to that apartment and obtained a debt certificate from the Community Administrator.

if he has done this he should most certainly informed you of all the fees and charges payable to the Community and Entity as well as IBI fees to San Javier Town Hall.

this information would come from the Community Administrator, Resortalia who handle all fees, communication and details for the resort.

IF you have not been provided with these details I suggest you urgently contact Resortalia in Los Alcazares.

They will supply you with all information necessary for the Community and Entity but not utilities.

Generally all communication including newsletter and invoices are sent by email but they will require correspondence address from you as well as setting up dds for future fees.

Yes, due diligence was done and, in the last few minutes, I've received an email from Resortalia with details of the fees etc. so everything appears to be in order.

Good news.

once your email has been logged in their database you should receive weekly updates as well as regular invoices, it's all pay in the sun. 

You will need to contact San a Javier Town Hall to pay IBI though.
