New Owners.. drainy smell?

.... thats drainy smell from the apartment not from the new owners! :-)

Anyone have similar problem of drainy smell in the bathrooms - usual bleaching etc has not improved things. responses from friends have included - "its Spain get used to it" to "I see what you mean!"

As far as I am aware, this is not a common problem in DV.

~~This is a common problem in the blocks at the bottom of the hill and at times even in in the gardens near block 2.

Poor seals an insufficient bends in pipework seem to be the problem
 

Check the seal's around the inspection point in the bathrooms as we found it was poor and the smell which was intermitant anyway was reduced when we resealed the silver rodding point
