Best website to advertise lettings?

Hi all, 

I own on Jardin 2, Los Naranjos and have been letting the apartment out now for about 5-6 years on Owners Direct. This year I have decided to let my annual subscription run out and look for a new website to advertise on. 

Do any of you out there have any experience good or bad of websites you advertise on? I would pay around £250 per annum to advertise on there and generally am booked out from start of Scotland's summer term (mid June) to start of September but dont get much else for the rest of the year. 

I am looking to really maximise the rental potential as its becoming a bit of a drain on resources.

Hi, most of ours is word of mouth, advertise on Facebook, let your neighbours know you let out if they need apartments for friends,we get some from Holiday Lettings as well, good luck!

I used Owners Direct but have changed to Holiday Lettings.

I changed from 'money up front' to pay as you go where I only pay for the advertising if it is successfull.

There are two more big advantages. They are linked to Tripadvisor so  not only the advert is also there, the feedback system is also linked. The second is that they manage the money, accepting credit card payments. I have had one booking through them and was imppresed with the way this worked, including taking and refunding the damage deposit. This was is far better from both sides preventing fraud.

Setting up the advert was easy eough but there was some dirfficulty in getting the title as I wanted it and also the location as Los Alcazares - Roda Golf, this was took two or 3 email conversations to sort this.
