Community P12 EGM - 4th June 2015

All owners on Community P12 should have received their invite to the EGM which is being held on Thursday 4th June 2015 in the clubhouse at Roda.

You will also recieve another email in the next week which will include a briefing document to help you decide how to vote.

You can vote by email so that you can show your personal preference - or you can also send your proxy by email to Resortalia.

Where can I find the result of the vote ? Reason for asking is that we woud like to know if the painting of our block is taking place this autumn or has now been suspended due to the result of the vote

Minutes of the June AGM were out, supposedly sent to all owners by Resortalia about 2 weeks ago.

if you have not received them via email, I suggest you contact Resortalia requesting a further copy.
