Car hire

Anybody used interent car hire from Murcia airport,usually use gold car but very expensive this time

We have not used them sorry. But if you book through DoYouSpain nearer the time you arrive you could change company (to Goldcar). We booked at Easter and chose Firefly as they were cheapest then as I was printing the voucher there was a link to change supplier. I got Goldar and because they were now cheaper I got a 36 euro refund.

I have used them once..really hard sell for the extra insurance (which I didn't take), and ultra keen trying to find the slightest mark or scratch  on the car ( which they could't), won't use them again...

I had a booking with inter rent for July but I have just cancelled it having read a review on main forum about their tricks. Shabby smelly cars and like jarvi's post, looking to point out false damage. The post was by Roy Howitt (who lives locally and is well up to speed on what is going on generally) on the main forum. I looked for the post again the other day but could not find it. I am really wary now about some of these companies and am going to stick with a company I have used in the past and been happy with.
