hotels north of Madrid

HI everyone

We are due to complete on a quad, block 4 number 23 in december 2007 and are over in spain 13/4/07 for 5 days to sort out our ni number, but having read some of the messages on the notice board im having second thoughts about selling up and moving to San Cayetano i.e the pool ,we were told by wackim the builder the pool would be larger than average, can anyone confirm or deny the rumours that we will have to pay to use it? also the crime? hope someone has the answers. I feel partly responsible for making you worry about the crime as ive posted my anxieties about this on here. If you look on the general forum and peoples opinions most of them say Spain is much safer then here in the UK. If there was an eye on UK forum and a thread set up for crime it would be red hot and boiling over so try to not to worry on that front.

Regarding the pool im hacked of myself if these rumours are true, i had visions of picking the kids up from school and going for a dip straight after most days. Whats all this paying business, i thought this would be included in our community fees. As soon as my husband gets a moment im getting him to ring taray direct and meanwhile im going to email our owners club and see if i can get anything out of them. If i do i will post.
