Plan Of The Site

Hello all,

We are thinking of purchasing a bank repossession, but I can't seem to find a definitive plan of the site or apartment types/layouts.

just wondered if anyone has one they could share or a link from the original sales?

there is no original link to the sales site which is closed but I still have a plan and of course as I advised if you can give me a property number, phase and reff I cam tell you exactly where it is

There are 2 banks selling mailnly Solvia with Laurel style properties on phase M28 but I do not think that they have any penthouses

Banco Santander sellin Tilo style properties on phases M29 and M9 on the hill, and what you are looking for in the spanish description is tipo ático dúplex and they have just reduced their prices to start at €43k for a 2 bed penthouse

I did have a phase 3 apartment deposit, to never see it appear, but was lucky to get most of it back, sad to see all these years on what is happening there, however if the airport was to open !, I believe it would be a great place to be, how can I find out what is available now to buy and prices, is the best place to see what is going on with Corvera, I will be over in October for a week staying in La Manga, good time to check it out maybe.
