On a recent trip to the development we were disillusioned with the state of the gardens and the quality of finish of our apartment, which is in block 18. I noticed in the minutes of the recent meeting that it states that 'several members on board ... has just successfully sued promoter ... there is more confidence about getting a right result but ... as a group together'. This gives us renewed hope of getting some compensation for the mis-selling of the complex. On what grounds were these cases against the promoter taken? What was the nature of the results? Were the cases taken by individual buyers or groups? Many thanks.
