Does anyone know what building regulations were in force during this construction? Who was supervising them and who has official responsibility?
Did the design architect have a site supervision engineer?
Some cracking and concrete spalling has, I understand, been reported. Has anyone any details and photographs?
Are there any survey reports and is anyone monitoring the situation?
