So sorry your Website is only in Spanish.I see there is an online chat service on their web page, once you have signed in. Maybe Endesa can sought out this language problem for you.

Thats good to know. Iam waiting for an e-mail from Endesa to activate my registration. I have often thought the acknowledgement is instantaneous but it would seem not with Spain!

I have registered on-line on 29 January but still have not received the e-mail to activate my account.
Re-send my request for the e-mail to activate my account on Friday 5 Febraury but still no e-mail as I write this. It is very diffcult to contact Endesa online as I cannot find an e-mail address on their website and the online Chat is of no help.
Can anyone direct me or guide me further?
