Finally ... after some 8 years of twisturning and turning Rafael Aguilera Serna is finally in Prison. I understand he was finally arrested on 5th February and put behind bars ... sadly not for long enough as it should be for life after all the money he and his partner Martinez have stolen from people like myself! Anyway, it is just for his fraud against me that he has gone down for as yet!
