Internet Access

As anybody recently installed an Internet connection ? Either over fibre or ADSL?  

I have used previously Internet over the mobile networks but I believe that has been ceased by the providers. 

What are the best options for a regular visitor to DV like me ?

We have got Movistar fibre optic internet which is excellent.  Very reliable and incredibly fast.

I agree with Peter, we also went to Movistar.

We were connected in 2 days to fibre optic internet.

Excellent service...and 10 times faster than we have at home!!

I'm sorry I don't know.

I expect you may have to settle for minimum package with Movistar..........and expanding it when needed.

We have short term Internet and TV with mapit solutions in the port. You just email them when you want it switched on  they have just installed a dish on our terrace and reception is great we are only here for a small time during the year so did not want it full time as more economical 

How many channels can you get with the Mapit solution?

i don't think we could have a dish ???

You can get every channel imaginable but you will need the Internet. You need to ask them if they are able to put up a dish
