We have recently returned from a visit to Marina D‘or and have found out details of the maintenance. We had not been given any information about this so it may be useful to those owners in a similar situation.
Maintenance is organised by SERVICOM.
Pilar is the person to contact. She appears efficient and speaks good English.

A meeting was held in May 2006 at which 29 owners attended.
A president was elected Heine in Apartment 3

The costs for the years maintenance was agreed and for most of us this is 537 euros a year, payable quarterly (134.25 euros a quarter) – unless you have a large apartment.
A bank account was set up

The pool will be open from 1st June – 30th September
Times 10.00 – 21.00
It was being cleaned while we were there.
Various other rules were discussed.
There is a contact person for any problems with the building and maintenance.

He is usually available from 900 – 14.00. In the summer (1st June – 30th Sept) he is also available from 18.00 – 21.00
He does not speak English – but Pilar at Servicom is happy to translate.
Servicom did not have any of our contact details – so you might need to contact them if you have not received any info about the maintenance
