According to the 16TH Clause of the Act about Property in Condominium, all the proprietors of La Hacienda de Mijas Golf Fase II are called to the General Proprietors Meeting (Extraordinary Meeting). May 12nd 2007, at 11.00 (first summons) and 11.30 hours (second summons). Place of meeting: the residence (communal grounds).

- Saving in the Budget 2007
- Installation of a SKY TV SYSTEM in the Residence
- Contracting of a Security-Watching company
- Problems with the edification
- Election of a representative for every building to create a Residence Board
- Any other business

15th Clause: Act About Property in Condominium: Proprietors who are not up-to-dated in the payment of all the due debts with the community at the moment of beginning the meeting, and they have not refuted them judicially or proceeded to the judicial or notarial consignment of the owing sum, will be able to participate in their discussions, although they will not be entitled for voting. The meeting minutes will show the proprietors who have been deprived of the vote right, and whose person and participation quota in the community will not be estimated to effects of reaching majorities which are required on this Act.
