Hi all , the company we used on Camposol for our Rajas have now come up with prices for Rejas for all Sierra Golf properties. They are as follows..... 

Eagle – 4 doors, 4 big grills, 2 small grills – from 1970 to 2830 depending on design

Green – 2 doors, 4 big grills, 1 small grill – 1290 to 1850

Albatros – 3 doors, 6 big grills, 2 small grills – 1980 to 2820

Open – 2 doors, 5 big grills, 2 small grills – 1530 to 2160

Millenium – 3 doors, 5 big grills, 2 small grills – 1830 to 2600

Ryder – 3 doors, 4 big grills – 1500 to 2210

 Galvanising is an option and would add around 400 euros to the prices depending on design and villa type.

 All prices in Euros obviously & you mus add 16% IVA to the price!

Obviously these can not be measured or fitted until you have accepted handover of the keys from Masa. Each window and door needs to be measured to ensure the most accurate fitting.

 We have had our Rajas on our house in Camposol for 2.5 years now and they still look good , we have also had the company make us a double drive gate and a single path gate. The quality and price are both commendable.

Let´s just hope it won´t be too much longer before we´re all settled in on Sierra Golf

Hi all,

We have ordered our grills for an Eagle , through QSD in Ciudad Quesada the price for all was 2350 euros the only difference being the patio has a roof grill instead of door and window grills, There are several designs and colours to choose from we chose the fan style in white.

We have also been quoted for air conditioning in the living area and the two bedrooms at 2590 euros by the same people, both items though can only be fitted after handover as Masa as you will now know are not very accomodating, also they are more expensive than others.

We can offer Air conditioning at €890 for the living rooms and €790 for the bedrooms for more info email us at mc-ps@hotmail.co.uk .  Not to sound as if l am puting anyone off QSD but my sister has had bad reports about this company, she has lived here 7 years and is in the property industry. My advice would be not to pay any money to the company until you are happy with the work they have done.
