Sorry can't help with rental Dream  - Scrufty, but update on activity - my neighbour called tonight and said a lot of lorry's were delivering furniture to all the rental apartments/touristica apartments today.

I am over on the 22nd May for 10 days, so will give you updates of any activity I see from my balcony

The elections take place next week as well, so should know whether the builder has permission to continue with the building works at La Mosca - opposite

There was a demonstration last Sunday starting at Lidl to try and stop this, quite a few hundred attended.

Hi Scruffy,

I have a tourist apartment due for completion on 28th June. I e mailed the builder the other and they insist that they have everything in hand for this date. Looks like they might be right if furniture is being delivered. I also e mailed the solicitor and they have not heard from the builder and have been chasing them. As soon as I hear I will let you know.

Thanks for the info and Lesley for the updates, we were originally given July as a hopeful completion date but looks unlikely now, hopefully all will go well for the Tourist apartments.
