Does anyone know what the community charges are yet, and has a commitee been formed with a president?

Or does it wait until the development is finished?

There is a couple living directly opposite us called Mags and Andy. I understand that Mags is on the commitee. There was mention of a community charge in the region of 180 euros. My mum has a friend who lives on an urbanisation almost identical to ours in Los Montesinos and her community charge is the same so it won't be far off. When my mum was there at Christmas they were getting quotes for the maintenance of the pool so it looks like something is in place already. Don't know about a president though.

Hi Brian,

We have just paid €151 for the yearly charge for the development community charge. This was for the pool, gardens, admin, translators etc.

It did say in the minutes of the meeting that this would most likely change once people on phase 3 were also contributing.
