We took out membership, dealing with Michael.
We are due to [pay our remiainng deposit in a 2 weeks time & we are being told that he can't (won't) give us an agreement in principle until nearer completion, despite Smiley & Sharon on EOS advising completely the opposite.
I emailed him Wednesday night & have still not had a response. Emailed again Friday & also sent one direct to CFP, again no response.
When we met Michael on the inspection visit, he kept stressing how important it was that we got our application back as quickly as possible - don't know why because it is now 6 weeks & he hasn't done anything.
Will wait to see if he responds tomorrow.
