Thank you for the update, I have spoken to my agent who also has information of geology and completion dates for many of the units.
He is currently away in Spain but has promised to update me upon his return, will advise when I have anything. We were out in early May and it was quite evident that a lot of ground work is still to be completed before we can expect to see any major advancement on the site.
It is disappointing that there is going to be some substantial delays, however I do believe our expectations could have been better managed, more open and honest communication by both our agents and Clayton Ges would have limited the disappointment being felt by many of us.
The wife and I continue to remain positive and upbeat; as we are sure the wait will be worthwhile. The completion of the show house will certainly help, as you say we will at least know what we could expect.
