Can anyone suggest any English owned companies in the Murcia region?

I have received a completion date so will be signing on the 21st June.  I have a list of monies required for completion, on the list is Gestoria fees for purchase deed of 350 euros.   Is anyone able to tell me what this fee is for as I thought it was when you assigned  a lawyer to sign on your behalf (I will be there to sign the Escritura myself),  I queried this with my lawyer and they said it was to cover overseeing transfer of the deeds between notary and land registary, should this not be included in the legal fees that the lawyers are charging?

Hi Maidindistress.  I dare say you are still in Spain as you completed on the 21st June I hope the signing of your deeds was completed without any problems.  I looked at my Lawyer fees and it looks like the fee you are talking about is hiden away amongst other fees my lawyer is charging, stamp duty, registration etc.  I have finally been given a date for signing the deeds as next Thursday 28th June with my snagging list, I have been told by the elusive Fran, completing on Wed.27th June.  I spent all week trying to get hold of Fran to see how the snagging list was progressing. Is any one else still having problems getting hold of Fran or found a way of tying him down?  All I will need then is the furniture in and all the other bits and pieces I hope for our vacation on the 9th July.  How did you get on as regards the water and electric supply?
